Sustainability

Change happens best when it first happens within. Working with dedicated representatives from across all major departments of the museum, and open to all interested staff, we created our Sustainability Hui. The hui meets bi-monthly to see how we can implement changes within our own offices to continue adopting sustainable practices across our campus. Within this hui we have a number of ‘Sustainability Champions’, staff who spearhead and go above and beyond to develop and implement new sustainable practices across our campus.

The Sustainability Blogs explore and celebrate these amazing staff and their projects, as well as highlighting the incredible external partners we work with across Hawai‘i.
